martial fight & fitness ®
Martial Fight & Fitness® is a program available to martial arts and fitness studios interested in providing a well balanced and thought training program for adults. The basics of Martial Fight & Fitness® is that it allows the adult seeking fitness to get same intense training as the fighter, but without having the fight. Martial Fight & Fitness® has shown to be an excellent adjunct to martial arts and fitness centers increasing enrollment and keeping retention.
This Martial Fight & Fitness® course is designed to help martial artists introduce adult fitness in their club, gym or dojo. It may also be appropriate for fitness instructors who teach martial arts related fitness programs. This is an 8 hour program with 1 hour for lunch. The target is those serious martial artists (and fitness instructors) interested in providing the best adult programming, improving their and their student's physical conditioning, and promoting a health lifestyle. Martial Fight & Fitness® concepts can also be used with your youth classes, especially if you train for competitions.
It is also a great program to increase revenue and retention of students not only supplementing karate training but also fitness for other athletic activities.
